We have lots of workshops planned in our old redbrick barn – if you’d like to receive details of upcoming classes, please get in touch!

The barn is also available for hire if you’d like to run your own workshop

The Art of Fermentation with Sandor Katz

Sandor Katz, author of Wild Fermentation and The Art of Fermentation will be sharing his knowledge with us in June 2026, with a packed programme!

The workshop explores a diversity of fermentation techniques and the interconnections between them, with a mix of demonstrations, in-depth discussions and hands-on participation

The workshop will run from 10.30am on the 19th June to 5pm on the Summer Solstice (21st June) 2026

Tickets for the 3 day fermentation workshop are £660 (inc VAT) per person and include an abundance of organic, wild food & ferments to feast on!

Discounted tickets: £645 if paid in full at registration

Deposit & Payment Plan: £320 non-refundable deposit to secure your place and the balance (£340) by 21st April 2026
